Initially, the company did services in welding and sharpening bandsaw blades, but with the gradual rise of quality in services, it developed a production of wide variety of bandsaw blades for wood, metal, paper, meat, textiles.
The intensive search from our customers is realized due to the successful observation of the global market in the logging and woodworking sectors.
Nowadays the company is developed in 5 sectors:
1. Production of wide verity of bandsaw blades;
2. Trade with Bi-metal bandsaw blades;
3. Production of sharpening and blade-setting machines;
4. Production of grinding heads for profiles;
5. Production of cylindrical parts by technical drawing.
BANDSAW BLADES
The process of producing band saw blades is long and complex.
It starts by delivering steel from the German company – Hugo Schmitz. A company with 130 years of history, proven as a leader in the global market.
According to the type of bandsaw blades (Normal Bandsaw machines or Horizontal Bandsaw machines), it passes through different stages in producing:
1 Stage: Indentation – The process is made by high quality and precis machines.
2 Stage: Butt Welding – The company uses different types of machines depending on the sizes of the blades.
3 Stage: Edge Settings – Important process, requiring high accuracy.
4 Stage: Annealing – The edges of the teeth must reach 55-59 HRC. Thereby the productivity and performance are increased.
5 Stage: Sharpening – The sharpening of the Normal bandsaw blades is done by grinding machines with abrasive disc.
The sharpening of horizontal bandsaw blades is done by machines with diamond discs.
